Not only in the Benelux is the demand for robots larger than the available capacity. Worldwide, according to the estimates of FANUC, the demand is 15% higher than the availability of robots. To guarantee the sustainable supply of robots, FANUC has given the green light to build a new robot factory that has already been completed in December 2011. Already in February 2012, the production will be doubled to 5,000 robots per month.
